This 30,000sqft 50 bed ward replacement scheme. With associated en-suite hospital bedrooms were required for the hospitals change of use. Based on the HSE “Teaghlach model” we produced a home from home environment for elderly patients requiring long term medical treatment.

Glenbeigh assembled a pre-approved design team to develop this replacement scheme along with another 2 similar schemes on the HSE D&B Framework.

Ennis Hospital project used system build technology to produce a highly insulated / air tight building surpassing current building regulations on average by over 20%.

Disruption to the existing hospital was kept to an absolute minimum as the majority of the building was manufactured off site.
