Conservation, refurbishment, new builds, fit out, external works and landscaping. The refurbishment works designed to turn the protected Airfield House into a visitors centre were complex in nature. New milking facilities, barns, sheds, cubicle sheds, farmyard, holding tank and interactive areas were constructed along with a horticulture centre, restaurant, an education centre and car show facility.
