Aer Lingus Hangar 6
project information
The works consisted of a complete refurbishment of the former SR Technics Building at Hangar 6 and converting these areas into ultra-modern office space, executive boardrooms, canteen facilities together with toilet and shower facilities for Aer Lingus staff. All existing accommodation across 4 floors was stripped out and received new architecturally designed office layouts with complete mechanical and electrical upgrade.
The programme for this job was critical. Aer Lingus required a new office to be completed on a phased handover. To achieve our clients requirements Glenbeigh put forward an initial construction programme of 8 weeks for the first phase of works. We utilised two operational teams and operated a 24 hour site. This allowed us to complete the construction programme on time.
